IndustriesCompanies & enterprise

Technology for growing companies and groups.

For companies that have outgrown spreadsheets: ERPs that join up finance and operations, cloud infrastructure, Power BI reporting for leadership, workflow automation and AI that removes manual work, plus a corporate web presence to match.

Companies & enterprise

A normal day today

Finance runs on one system, the warehouse on another, sales on a shared spreadsheet. Month-end is a week of exports pasted into an Excel pack that is stale by the board meeting. A purchase order waits on a director who is travelling and missed the email. Two managers bring two different revenue figures to the same meeting.

The problem

What we usually find.

  • 01Finance, stock and sales living in separate spreadsheets
  • 02Month-end reports assembled by hand
  • 03Approvals chased over email and WhatsApp
  • 04Legacy systems nobody wants to touch

Five silos, one picture

Same teams. The difference is who retypes what.

Companies & enterprise

Systems that talk to each other.

What we build for companies & enterprise

Four projects that pay back first.

  1. 1

Finance, stock and sales on one ERP

One system where finance, purchasing, stock, sales and payroll share the same records. eTIMS invoices come straight out of it. Each department keeps the screens it needs, and everyone reads the same numbers.

  2. 2

A leadership dashboard instead of the monthly pack

Sales, margin, cash and stock by branch or company, refreshed from your systems and open on a director’s phone. The board meeting stops being about whose figure is right and starts being about what to do next.

  3. 3

    Approvals with a trail

Purchase requests, leave, expenses and payments routed to the right approver by role, with reminders and a record of who approved what and when. Approvers act from their phone, so nothing sits in a forwarded email.

  4. 4

    AI on the paperwork

Supplier invoices, delivery notes and contracts read and filed into the right system, with a person checking what matters. An internal assistant answers staff questions from your own policies, in English, Somali or Swahili.

What changes

  • 01One set of numbers across departments
  • 02Month-end without the copy-paste week
  • 03Every approval recorded, nothing chased
  • 04Leaders see performance without asking

Starting out

Larger projects usually open with a short scoping sprint alongside finance, operations and IT. Together we agree the first process to replace. Often that is finance and stock on the ERP, or a leadership dashboard pulling from the systems you already run.

Questions

What companies & enterprise ask us.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. Most companies move one department or process at a time. Older systems keep running and feed the new one until the switch makes sense.

Can it run in our own cloud account?

Yes. It can be hosted in your own cloud account so you hold the keys, or run for you on a managed plan. Either way, access is limited to named staff.

How is our data handled during the move?

Confidentiality and data processing terms are signed first. Your data is moved in and checked with you before anything goes live, and our access is revoked at handover.
