QuickTap is a business transformation studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. We design and build digital experiences, intelligent systems and connected products (websites, dashboards, NFC cards, stands and digital menus). This policy covers our website and everyone who contacts us through it.

Only what we need to help you, and only what you choose to give us:

• Your name and contact details when you fill in the contact form or message us.
• The items in your cart, so we can quote you accurately.
• Basic, anonymous usage data (which pages load, roughly where from) to keep the site fast.

We do not run user accounts, and we do not ask for a password.

To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the products and services you ask for, and improve the site. That is the whole list. We do not use your details for anything you did not come to us for.

Our contact and checkout flows open WhatsApp with a message you can read and edit before sending. Once you send it, your message and number are handled inside WhatsApp under their own privacy terms. We only see what you send us.

We do not take card details or payments on this website. Pricing is confirmed in conversation, and payment is arranged directly once your order is agreed. No card or bank information passes through this site.

We never sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send spam. We only share data with a service if it is required to deliver your order (for example a delivery partner), and only the minimum needed.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. One message is enough. There is nothing to log into and no form to chase.
